My whole family was there for the first time, and Tiffany went through the temple. Needless to say, the visit was perfect.
Tiffany Fortna: Rockstar. Seriously so happy we were able to be in the temple as she chose to receive her own endowment. The experience of being an entire family in the temple again was so perfect and such a sweet testimony of our Heavenly Father's plan of happiness. Eternal families are the best.
We spent the remainder of the afternoon in Chicago's Botanical Gardens
The family went back to Tiff's apartment to rest before dinner, but Ryan and I took the train to State St. We proceeded to walk along Wacker and Michigan for the next couple hours until our dinner reservations at the Hancock with the whole family.
October 15th was also the day my parents met. We celebrated.
We love Chicago! It was so great to reconnect with old friends and be in the city where we first met.
