I love Christmastime. I think I have inherited this from my mother, who shares the same love for the holidays. It was hard to be away from family, but we definitely enjoyed the time we spent together. We didn't want to miss a moment of the season, so Ryan and I were pretty busy getting ready for Christmas day. This week we managed to:
Make a Gingerbread House.
Make mini apple pies for a Christmas party.
Also note the new gorgeous platter my cutie husband got me (after numerous hints).
Take a few pictures in front of the Christmas tree
Watch a live action nativity
Make Christmas ornaments (from leftover wedding invites!)
Get visited by SANTA CLAUS!
Receive and give numerous gifts
Celebrate with our ward family
And be touched once again by the Savior's love for us all.
